When the print head is restarted before returning to its initial position, the printer will first return the print head to its initial position, and then perform the operation of cleaning the nozzle, which will cause unnecessary waste of ink. The solution to this problem is to regularly wipe off the dust on the guide shaft and lubricate it (using a lubricating oil with good fluidity, such as sewing machine oil).
2. Before shutting down, return the print head to its initial position (when the printer is paused, the print head automatically returns to its initial position). This is done to avoid wasting ink when the printer cleans the nozzle again the next time it is turned on, and also because the nozzle can be sealed by a protective cover in its initial position, making it less likely to clog.
3. In addition, the grating strip of the UV flatbed printer should also be well protected, not touched by hand, and not contaminated with dust to prevent inaccurate positioning.
