UV flatbed printer nozzle blockage is almost always caused by impurity precipitation, and some are caused by the strong acidity of ink, which leads to corrosion of UV flatbed printer nozzle. If the ink delivery system is obstructed or the print head is blocked due to long-term disuse or the addition of non original ink to the UV flatbed printer, it is best to clean the nozzle. If rinsing with water does not solve the problem, the nozzle can only be removed and soaked in purified water at about 50-60 ℃, cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner, and dried before use.
