Preparation work: The back compartment where the print head nozzle of the universal printer is located also includes the nozzle drive circuit board, so it is necessary to protect the drive circuit board by wrapping the back half of this compartment with regular plastic wrap.
Step 1: Soak
Prepare a small flat tray, place the nozzle flat on the tray, and then inject universal printer specific cleaning solution into the tray to the depth that just submerged the nozzle part. Be careful not to splash water on the cable plug and drive circuit board. The first soaking time is about one hour.
Step 2: Cleaning
1. Gently clean the water stains on the nozzle with a damp cloth, do not wipe the nozzle at the bottom of the nozzle.
2. Repeat this process for all nozzles to be cleaned. Each nozzle should use a clean area of cloth.
3. If there is a blockage in the nozzle, you can heat the distilled water slightly and place a small amount on a plate. When placing the nozzle on a plate, the water level should not be higher than 2CM above the bottom as water may leak behind the chip.
4. Stand the nozzle upright in warm water. Wait for 30 seconds, dry the nozzle before testing.
5. Each nozzle should be cleaned with clean water. (Ultrasonic cleaner can also be used to clean the nozzle)
