The water tank of a UV flatbed printer is a core component in a water-cooled cooling system, which is different from air-cooled cooling. Compared to air-cooled cooling, water-cooled cooling is more efficient, stable, and has a lower failure rate. When the water tank malfunctions, there will be an alarm sound and the indicator light will remain on. It is necessary to solve the problem as soon as possible to avoid affecting normal inkjet printing.
Water tank fault one: low liquid level
Solution: Open the water tank cover and add new distilled water and refrigerant inside.
Water tank malfunction 2: low flow rate, sensor failure
Solution: Increase the flow rate of the water tank to within the normal range. If the sensor fails, contact the manufacturer to replace it with a new sensor;
Water tank fault three: temperature exceeding the limit
Solution: When the temperature of the water tank exceeds the set upper limit, an alarm will sound, and the operating power needs to be reduced or paused first;
Water tank fault 4: Loose power connector
Solution: Tighten the power connector of the water tank of the UV flatbed printer again;
Water tank malfunction 5: Liquid freezing
Solution: New antifreeze needs to be added, especially during low temperatures in winter. The factory environment of the UV flatbed printer needs to be warmed up, and if possible, an air conditioning unit can be installed. Be careful not to blow it directly;
Water tank fault six: power supply damage
Solution: The water tank is a component within the warranty scope. If the power supply is damaged, please contact the manufacturer and replace it with a new one.
It should be noted that the water in the water tank of the UV flatbed printer should not be tap water, as there are too many impurities. Pure water or distilled water should be used, and the water should be replaced regularly every 3-4 months to avoid accumulation and blockage of impurities over time.
