1. Inspection before installation:
Appearance: It is necessary to confirm that the appearance is normal, there is no obvious impact, and the trace is pressed; platform: check whether the platform is complete
2, install suction:

3. Install related software:
PCIE: This equipment is provided by the equipment factory; (PS, CDR) compression package can be decompressed; PP: manufacturer provides dongle; control software: manufacturer provides
4. Install the nozzle wiring:
Equipment power-off state, required accessories: one nozzle plate, two flat wires, nozzles, nozzle screws (Note: when the line is inserted, the nozzle is burnt out)
5, install the nozzle flat line:
The metal surface of the flat wire interface needs to correspond to the metal spring port of the nozzle. When inserting the flat wire interface of the nozzle, it must be inserted in a plane. It is forbidden to insert or bend.
6, nozzle installation location:
Installed in the slot of the car nozzle, it needs two screws inside, which are fixed from front to back, and the outside is small and large. (power off when fixing the nozzle)
7, color: print status map:
After the device is turned on, reset, and the nozzle is pressed, the status chart is printed. Inspection method: all colors are in a uniform state and the lines are not missing
8, adjust the vertical state:
1. The lower line is to the left, then it is offset to the right and the nozzle is fixed; 2. When the bottom is right, it is offset to the left and the nozzle is fixed.
9, print channel map:
Adjust the color registration of the nozzle. This adjustment needs to modify the value in the corresponding adjustment position of the software.
10. Adjust the nozzle Y alignment:
Print the horizontal map; the adjustment is based on black, it is not allowed to change the number above the black, other colors are adjusted according to the horizontal map, all the numbers 0 are handed over, then complete
11, print color map:
Verify the color registration; make a color crosshair in the CDR, observe the four lines of KCMY in a straight line in the Y direction and the X direction, if not, fine tune
12. Adjust the white color alignment:
The CDR is made up of 2 cm squares, filled with black, and printed. The printing software adds color white and prints the pictures at the same time.
13, two-way motion difference adjustment:
Bidirectional printing basic requirements: the material must be the platform material, the nozzle distance from the material gap is the corrected two-way printing height, when the material and the nozzle gap change and need bidirectional printing, it is necessary to re-correct the two-way printing motion difference.
